The Original Work is on its Way!

Two weeks ago was thanksgiving break, and I was thankful for all the time I had to spend on my original work! I was busy with some family plans, but here and there I got to work on my project, and came up with a great outline of how I want my screening test to be set up. That week, I also compared various screening tests to see which questions were used the most often. Now last week, I was “building” my screening test. I have a two question test with an additional smell test, and added another indicator to look for when getting blood work, look for vitamin D levels. I feel like I basically completed my original work. However, I want my mentor to look at it first and have him give me his thoughts. I also think I might want to change one of the questions on the “written” part of the test. I hope this screening test will be useful in some way. Even if it is not, I still learned so much in the process of trying to figure out what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it. I see my mentor on Friday, so let’s see how this turns out!
