Original Work is Complete!

Last week in ISM, I was a little torn because, I realized that I wanted to add something to my original work. A validation portion for my test. I talked to Coach Goff about it, and I am planning to extend it on my own and turn in what I have now, but I it would've been really nice if I could have tested it out on some people before. Also, even though this was the big week of turning in the project, I did not feel very stressed. I had midterms to focus on, and honestly, I kind of finished my project a little earlier. I knew this week would be bad if I left all of it for the night before. This is the first time, in a long time, that I did not procrastinate, and it feels great. So many people were freaking out, but I was just smooth sailing. The argument could be that my project was not challenging enough. To that I say, I put tremendous amounts of research and hours into one little paper, so I know that this “little test” is not as measly as it looks. Overall this week, I felt sort of proud of myself for finishing my project, and coming up with something that could possibly spark change. When I do my extension, I will really get to see how my test performs in real life, which I am so excited to see.
