Starting Final Product

Last week in ISM, I focused on starting my work for the Final Product. I emailed the head of Preston wood Court, so I could find some seniors to take my screening test and the MOCA test. She emailed me back that I could come by March 9th, and she will ask for participants. I am excited and nervous. I get to test my work. However, I am scared about communicating with elders and making sure that I am not offensive or am able to clearly get my point across. It is a while from now, so I should be fine. I’ll also talk to my mentor to discuss how to approach it. Anyhow, I started my research for the patient questions search. I started by listing the topics to look up. For my research assessment, I was looking at deficiencies in various vitamins. Although this is a start, Dr.Hitt mentioned to be careful of inaccurate research. He said that there is just as much as wrong information out there as there is accurate. So, I am going to wait for my next meeting, which is this Friday, and I will be discussing how I should be looking for scientific literature to use for my research.
